What I Expect From Myself
The Rangers taught Ffyo something important very early:
A standard is not about being perfect. A standard is about deciding who you want to be before the hard moments arrive.
Anyone can be kind when life is easy. Anyone can stay focused when everything is working. Anyone can stay calm when nothing is going wrong.
But your real standard shows up:
when you’re tired,
when you’re frustrated,
when nobody is watching,
and when it would be easier to lower the bar.
That’s why standards matter.

Not because they make you better than others. But because they help you become dependable to yourself.
Ffyo’s standard became simple:
Tell the truth.
Learn from mistakes.
Respect people.
Finish what you start.
Keep growing.
Don’t quit on yourself.
The Rangers never asked Ffyo to become someone else.
They simply asked:
“Who do you choose to be consistently?”
Because excellence is not something you randomly fall into.
It is something you choose on purpose.
